本次会议以“尾矿综合利用助力矿业实现双碳目标”为主题，旨在推动矿产资源型城市精准发展资源综合利用产业，实现尾矿资源化利用，全面推广尾矿资源综合利用新材料、新技术、新工艺、新装备，加快尾矿规模化、高值化利用，实现矿产业绿色低碳循环发展。
